"Ok hotel. No Elevator. Two Disabled Folks Given a Top Room , said they couldn't accommodate us. A very nice busy lady helped us graciously on 2-10 Shift during Air Show Weekend Friday and Saturday evening. Get an escalator or an elevator. Convenient location. Muffins are excellent at breakfast, Waffle Maker kept the waffles sticking on the maker I could use a deeply discounted rate my next two night stay. I didn't pay with Monopoly Money either."

"I did not get to stay in the room I paid for. Front desk said the room was unavailable due to a broken bed. So instead of the suite I paid for with a full kitchen, I stayed in a room with two queen beds. I was offered no refund or rate change for the lack of room availability. Just “oh well”. When I got up to the room, there were holes in the walls, the phone didn’t work, the desk chair was ripped and tore up. I saw no staff, no one at the front desk all four days I was there."

"If you stay here, don’t let the them put you around back. With respect, lots of transient construction workers hanging outside all night with speakers pumping music. Weed smoke was pouring through my AC wall unit about 11pm. "

"This is the best motel to stay in Vidalia Georgia. It's always clean, breakfast is always great, staff is always professional and helpful and it's a IHG property. It's the only place I stay when I go there."
