"Staff opened our locked door two times in the morning while my daughter and I were getting ready. Fortunately we were dressed and fortunately we had the door chain secured, so they couldn’t open the door all the way. The first time it happened I yelled out, “We’re still here!” You would think they would get the message, but about 10 minutes later it happened again. I opened the door and there was a cleaning lady in the hallway close to our door who wouldn’t look at me or apologize. Checkout time is 11 am, and this happened around 10 am. Very annoying! "

"We chose this specific hotel for the pool. When we arrived the staff told us it was out of order. This was a more expensive hotel, Im sure because the up keep of the pool. It was never communicated when I booked that the pool was out of order. When we arrived there were dark shoes prints on the floor. Also, the toilet had blood under the lid and pubic hair and urine surrounding the base of the toilet."
