"DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. "

"Took a daytrip from NY, chose for price, location, and cleanliness. Ideal in its budget range for those who mainly need a nice clean room, bed, and hot shower after walking around. We walked from the 30th St station. Walkable (if you're used to walking) to all major tourist sites, public transportation, shopping. Lot's of food/drink options, pharmacies, etc within a few blocks of the hotel. Gym and ice machine in the basement, restaurant on the ground and penthouse. Nice sunlight and view from...

"Good parking on the premises. Breakfast was good although it ends at 9am. Hotel and rooms were edtremely clean and the exercise room is nice as well. The lady who checksd us in was terrific althogh the rest of the feknt desk staff werent too cheerful lol. A few questions we had, and they more or less seemed like answering our questions were a bother. I worked for IHG for years and we always made it a point to staff our frent desk with positive, cheerful, polite individuals. Other than the lady...

"While the staff were kind, it is worth noting that this property is VERY noisy with limited soundproofing. Despite paying a premium for a high floor and staying on the 25th floor, we could still hear cars, sirens, footsteps, nearby showers, doors closing, and conversation. Due to the noise, our sleep was interrupted constantly and we left feeling exhausted."

"I was pleasantly surprised with my room, the beautiful bathroom. It was a lovely, very comfortable stay. A convenient walk to Jefferson outpatient center, was easy and safe. Then I returned for continental breakfast which was more than adequate. I loved the vegan cranberry cookie. The staff were super friendly and pleasant. This was a gem to be able to stay here, thank you, I hope to stay here again in the future. "
