Didnt really have the breakfast but the staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. Beds were pretty comfy for what you pay for and its just a few minute walk from central station as well which makes it so accessible. Theres a light rail just in front of it and another a few minutes away.

Clean, convenient walking distance. The only thing I didn't like was that the beds were assigned first to come first serve. I was recovering from a broken foot and ankle and I had to climb up to the top bunk every time. The ladder rungs really hurt my feet, even wearing my street shoes. When I told the receptionist a top bed was going to be a problem, he just shrugged his shoulders and said, "Nothing, we can do about it." My payment was nonrefundable.

The worst hostel ever,After i checked in and went to my room and found my bed havent clean and very messy from the previous person I called the staff to come and check they said very sorry and they only changed bed sheet but they brought the messy and used blanket just fold up and they didn’t change the pillows bag at all they did everything while i was standing and looking at them with bad smell of those things I will never ever go there again

Really expensive for what it is. Window in room doesn't even open to get some fresh air, and aircon only works half the time and is out of our control (i.e. staff control the temperature) so when it's a hot day you just have to bear with it. Mattress also smelled like someone had pissed on it. Receptionists were the slowest people I have ever met. Why does it take nearly half an hour just to check someone in? The receptionist that checked in my friends and I was an extremely slow typer, I've seen my grandma type faster than she did. This is my second time staying at this backpackers and honestly the quality has gone absolutely downhill. Would not recommend. Check out some of the other backpackers nearby

So so is about the customers service , the lady in the concierge with curly hair glasses very bad attitude and I would like to address this firmly , disrespect and racism toward me and don’t allowed me to extend, others staffs was excellent is good and helpful and good in services except her the blonde hair short with glasses . I feel offended as well, she should aware and looks after the customer service , in positive manner as well. Thanks

This a great budget place to stay right near central station. Yes, its not luxurious but its all you need. They provided free breakfast too which was nice, although we were out too early to enjoy it. I would recommend for a budget stay.
