"Hotel right in the heart of Surry Hills, close to transport, but parking is limited and pulling up at the front / unloading is not easy as there's nowhere to stop. Suggest parking around the corner in paid carpark. Rooms are artistic & tasteful with good coffee, and nice bar. "

"It was very nice. It was very expensive to the pint of being ridiculously pricey! Most staff were a good a few had a bit of an attitude if they thought you look like you didn’t have money. Overall nice hotel to stay and great location."

"Staff were phenomenal. Great location, steps away from Circular Quay, the Opera House, and the Botanical Gardens. Very convenient for shopping or sightseeing. The only drawback is that the restaurant doesn't open until 6:30 am, so no morning room service for coffee. The in-room coffee is instant."
