Hotel Concord Syracuse, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great (my husband is always happy when there's a waffle machine!). There was an EV charger, which greatly simplified our plans!

The Craftsman Inn & Suites
Nice room, but housekeeping knocked and immediately entered my room at least 3 hours prior to checkout, which was a bit invasive. The only shower I had there was freezing cold, as they said they were having some plumbing issue. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Having been used to staying at a Holiday Inn & Suites or a Residence Inn by Marriot, staying at this Randolph Hotel in Liverpool a complete disappointment.
