"Fantastic hotel with great facilities and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very tasty (and lovely to eat on the terrace overlooking the sea). "This hotel has a family atmosphere starting from breakfast on wonderful terrace with a sea port view, very tasty fresh food and personal, that care you very personal. And all together match the historical locations around. Just to recommend for visiting."

"The breakfast was good though some fruit salad would have been nice. The other guests seemed baffled by the self service requirements. Maybe some greater guidance (rotation direction of guests) and induction to self service etiquette might have helped. The staff were helpful and kept their coolt despite the demanding guests at peak times. The front desk staff were exceptional. "

"The beautifully decorated B &B felt curated. Decorated with love and care. Bravo. Our fourth floor room was wonderful- but a little too challenging for carrying bags up the stairs! Narrow and steep. There was lemonade to be made from lemons - there was a beautiful, large terrace exclusively for us. Manuela was exceptionally helpful. She sat down and mapped all the charms of Ortigia. Her weekend replacement was lovely. The B & B offers a wonderful breakfast for 10 euros. Enough for 2. "
