"I had a horrible night on 7/14. My neighbor next to me had the tv on so loud I couldn’t sleep. At 2:30 am I called. Nothing. Called again at 3:30 and still loud. I was up at 1:30 am and never got back to sleep. They never addressed the issue properly. I wanted a refund and they wouldn’t give one. ..."

Breakfast was mainly cereal, packaged oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, but no hot foods like bacon, eggs and sausage. There was hot coffee, tea, milk, and various juices. It definitely was adequate. ..."
