"Wifi didn’t work well and front staff logged us into the wrong room so when my spouse locked himself out and requested a key to our room number he had to prove we were not in the room that they logged us in. Security escorted him to our actual room and woke up everyone."

"I always enjoy staying at the Chateau Nova Yellowhead Hotel. Its convenient location just off Yellowhead Trail makes it easy to access. The rooms have consistently been clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional. Although there are multiple restaurants nearby, I enjoy the food served at the hotel's own restaurant. A great place to stay, I recommend it to others!"

"We loved having a Suite with a Kitchen. Very clean hotel. We had a small problem with our ice maker and the staff was so responsive and helpful—the lady at the front desk brought us ice while we waited a few minutes for the maintenance man to arrive and switch out our ice maker for a new one. Great service! The included breakfast was very nice. Recommend for a few nights stay."

"Great location. Close to amenities . Room was clean."

"Clean room old building tho rugs were dirty , affordable rate staff was helpful there was lots of parking space"

"My stay was good. Room was nicely renovated but the mattress did not stay on the bed and moved around on the platform. I also found the elevator bell was annoying amd loud as my room was across from it. If there is a way to turn the dinging off in the elevator, or turn it down, it won't disturb the guests you put in the rooms next to it."

"Was able to get early check in which was great. The thermostat however didn’t work quit right and our room would not cool off"

"The staff was amazing! My daughter got sick in the night. The staff was quick to replace the bedding. And brought extra blankets and water. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful"

"Nice kind staff but the water pressure in the bathroom was too low, so it was a bit inconvenient."

"Large for price, nicely refinished rooms"

"I always check in late at night, and the same gentleman has been working each time. He is always upbeat and is sure to offer a genuine compliment to each guest, as least the ones I observed. That young man will go places if he keeps that up. The hotel is always spotless, the check in is quick and the breakfast is above average and a true hot breakfast. My only complaint is that I didn’t start staying here sooner, which of course is on me."

"I slept really well, everything was very clean, the breakfast options were amazing"

"Excellent service and very clean."

"Water pressure in the room was horrible, both in shower and the sink,, very very disappointing about the renovations and the harvest room,, overall one of most disappointing stays, the staff, food and service made up for it, otherwise, regretful for the price"

"The room was a good size. The breakfast was adéquate. Staff were very friendly."
