"This is a great choice in Montreal. Located in a funky area with lots of good dining and shops, the suite I had was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Two minor points were the excessive number of messages from the host, each of which required going to a website rather than just receiving the message, and not having hot water in the shower in the morning."

"We stayed here last year and noticed the difference between the two. Our room had no air conditioning as it's controlled by the front desk and when we asked for it to be turned on they told us they would but never did and recommended we open a window. This was not the case last year. We had two rooms and both sinks were clogged. Parking is difficult at times. Positives - our room was clean and the location is fantastic!"

"My husband and I stayed at Hotel St. Thomas for five nights at the end of May 2026. The staff was friendly and helpful. Be aware that there are stairs at front with no wheelchair access to pull up your luggage. Same goes for inside the hotel. If someone is available at the reception desk, however, you can ask for your luggage to be brought down from your room. The room's appearance was nice and clean, but the bed was hard. The dark electronic shades kind of compensated for the uncomfortable bed....

"Le Check out est à midi …. Les femmes de chambres sont venus 3 fois et même une fois sans frapper à la porte pour faire la chambre …. Devrait avoir un système pour qu’elles puissent voir sans déranger l’monde ! Déjeuner bon et personnel sympathique ,accueil c’était bien également ,pas beaucoup de pression dans la douche ,rincer des cheveux longs c est ardu ! "
