Amazing staff and room and room location u had a last minute reservation and early check in . Eduardo did an amazing job at accommodating me and making me feel helped and safe. The room was gorgeous with a great view great restaurants and the cool monument view.

Exe Alameda Reforma
Llegamos a las 2 y tuvimos que pagar 1100$ para que nos dieran el cuarto ( early check in) , ya que el check in era a las 3. Llegamos al cuarto y estaba el piso mojado por una tubería que estaba mal apretada, la reporté y en 5 min lo arreglaron, Buffet 10/10 , staff 10/10 , lugar 10/10.

Hotel Casa Blanca
The breakfast was very good had different variety of plates, staff was very friendly when we arrived to breakfast. I would take my own blanket and towels and check the bathroom and towels when arriving. Our toilet seat was very dirty (had poop stains) aswell as the sink ( yellow marks around). The ...
