Our room with a terrace was absolutely beautiful. We loved the stunning views and how peaceful and quiet the property was. The staff was truly amazing and went above and beyond during our stay. When my boyfriend hurt his back, they were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to help us, which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to our family and friends. We would love to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Quinta de São Luiz. The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape. Everything about the experience was special, from the setting and character of the quinta to the warm hospitality. It was the perfect place to slow down after several days in Porto. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Breakfast had a range of delicious options and the dining was delicious and upscale. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience in the Douro!

Great stay. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating staff. The hotel itself looks brand new and is beautifully arranged. The restaurant is excellent. Only small complaint was the road and parking at the top of the estate near the hotel was a bit confusing. They said there's still some parts of the road under construction so this might not be relevant in the near future.

They surprised us with an upgrade and port wine for our anniversary, which was so nice and much appreciated. The view is amazing! We loved the included wine tour of Kopke, would recommend coming and staying here instead of doing a wine tour from Porto, it was such a nice relaxing experience. Highly recommend!!

Very modern and inviting facilities, with an absolutely amazing view of the Douro Valley. The hotel staff, as well as the waiters and sommelier at the restaurant, were both very friendly and knowledgable. We can throughly recommend a stay - just be sure to not stay in the pool more than 8 or 10 hours a day - it's that good :)

If you are considering visiting this vineyard, go all in and stay there! It’s the best spot in the region: the hotel, the restaurant, the vineyard in itself…top notch!!!

We absolutely loved the vine house and would highly recommend staying here. The property is beautiful and has an incredible infinity pool overlooking the Douro River and valley. Our room had a great balcony to enjoy sunrise and sunset. The restaurant was also great for dinner (so much food!), and Pinhao was easy to reach by car for our wine and boat tour. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We were also able to charge our vehicle overnight complimentarily. There was a Nespresso machine in the room, even outfitted with decaf (you almost never get this!), as well as complimentary port tasting bottles in the room. There was additionally a complimentary small group winery tour with tasting. We loved it! Such a great spot.
