"Slept one night, the hotel is a little run down, no elevator and control for tv in room did not work. The shuttle to the hotel was very convenient and appreciated and customer service was excellent."

"The hotel staff were above board. My room was on the smaller side, I'd expected a little more legroom for the price. It was bare bones, one small towel, one hand towel, no washcloth. The onsite Italian restaurant was nothing to write home about, minimum choices, overpriced. Staff went out of their way to ensure I enjoyed my stay."

"It was amazing how close we were to airport and I never heard a plane! Bonus that dennys and casino are right next door…..food at casino was very good!"

"I have stayed here several times, but it has changed over time. The restaurant has changed and now has a few craft beers, but the service was better before. There is some new venue close by that blasts music. I suppose that makes the hotel more convenient if you are going to that venue, but less pleasant if you are just looking to have an easy trip to/from the airport."

"The staff here was so great and wonderful. Brandon was so informative and helpful he answered all of our questions and gave alot of helpful advice. The breakfast here was so good and the bar was phenomenal. The vibe there and the cost of things there was wonderful. Love this hotel I would most definitely be booking this place again when I come back to costa rica. You won't regret booking this hotel."

"Poor and very limited breakfast. Restaurant is super expensive with limited menu and poor quality meals. Cero amenities. Very boring after 6 pm when it gets dark only thing left to do is go to sleep."
