Appreciated the shuttle and the snack pack at 5 am. I drive a scooter, and the driver was very accommodating. He helped to break it down and load it twice.

What we did not like...first arrived told check in was 3 p.m. no exceptions only to return later and people were being booked even before 3 p.m. When we returned two quest (man and woman) were having a heated argument at the reception ...
