"Our first stay in a Rakuten property and it won’t be our last. Loved the room, which was more an apartment really. Every thing we would or could need was provided though I wasn’t expecting a telescope to see the stars! Check in was digital and very easy. Welcome pack was unexpected and very good - especially the red wine. Loved the private onsen and balcony foot spa. There was also a sauna but we didn’t use that. 10/10. "

"A convenient place to stay, with easy access to the train station. Amenities were great and having two showers/toilets was a bonus! The host was very responsive and easy to contact throughout our stay.
One thing to be aware of is that sound travels easily between connected villas (East 101 and 102). During our five‑night stay in 102, we experienced two nights where the guests in 101 were very loud - running up and down the stairs, moving chairs, singing, cheering and stomping during a sports...

"The villa is so clean and modern. Japanese style futon , complete house appliances, you can wash and cook. Very close to Hakone Yumoto station. I recommend it to any one travelling to Hakone . You will not be dissappointed"

"This stay was great. We had all the necessities available and the room was very comfortable. It was one stop from Odawara station.
My only suggestion is to keep in mind the amount of luggage you are taking, the room is on the fourth floor. "
