"Amazing dinner in the hotel restaurant. The Wagyu beef was melt in your mouth fantastic. Great wine. The private onsen was perfect and so relaxing at the end of the night. Super comfortable bed and spacious room. Wish I had booked two nights. My only complaint is the coffee in the room is more espresso style and I love a big hearty cup of coffee in the morning. The hotel doesn’t offer coffee in the lobby which is a bummer. We didn’t add breakfast just because we don’t usually do breakfast....

"We booked one of the condo units and loved it. Very spacious. Sleeping room for 4 people without feeling crowded. Convenient espresso machine in the building hallway and the hotel had a social gathering every evening in the hotel lounge/library with free snacks. We booked with breakfast included and the buffet style offerings were fantastic, with numerous options, both Japanese and Western. "I love the beautiful scenery, the wonderful activities from the karaoke, bowling, tennis/badminton, and especially the onsen. The shuttle bus from the Nebukawa station is really helpful to get to the hotel without walking about 30 minutes from the station."

"Wonderful hotel tucked away with gorgeous views! Close walk to bus stop and the train, you’ll just have to prepare to walk uphill a lot lol the onsen is amazing, we used the outdoor one every night. There aren’t many people so both hubby and I had the onsen to ourselves each time! It’s such a peaceful place, it’s where we ended our Japan trip. Just know that restaurants and shops close early (like 5-7pm!) and the busses also stop around 10 so eat early. We got the executive suite, so so worth it...
