Late check-in fees even tho we told them ahead of time that our late flight was delayed further past midnight due to severe weather. Parking was a headache! Check-out was just as bad. We had to wait for someone to check rooms to get cash deposit back.

Upon checking in line is long and very disorganized. Received an email saying contact the caretaker Jillene with her phone number I've calling her saveral times but no answer and 3 minutes later she texted and said if I called. Decided to just text her for better communication but still no response after she messaged me if I called. After waiting for an hour we finally got the key to our room. When we got to our room, mop still inside the room and the bathroom and living room walls are moldy. Also, the place smells terrible. I would not stay at the place again even they offer for free stay.

Great view of lake Taal, surrounding area is nice I did a lot of walking around. They have what they call a clean as you go policy, they rely on that far too much. The room was filthy mites running around everywhere. they need to give them security deposit, when I got into the room, I saw the only way to retrieve it is through GCash. I called the host to to let her know I do not use cash and to let her know that I was gonna be leaving the unit early and asked her if she could come by and inspect so I can get my deposit. Just like every other time I’ve tried to contact the host I never heard back from her or saw her again after I gave her the deposit . I left the room just as they instructed wiping down surface areas doing the cleaners work. I will never see my deposit and I will never go there again.

Location of the unit is good but we Ask for 3 people to stay but gave only 2 BABY/ TODDLER blankets and 2 towels as there is additional charge for the 3rd towel. The unit smells gross, musty or roach smell needs to be clean thoroughly.

Wouldn't recommend

Occasionally, we booked SMDC for our unplanned trip. However, we did not receive any communication from the property regarding the fees we need to pay. 1. 450php parking fee for their covered parking inside the building. The "typical" parking they are offeri is located way back (2km) away from the building. 2. They charge additional 1000 php for an infant!!!! We had to call hotels.com and the owner to ask for a reasonable fee. They gave us 200php discount which by the way not communicated THROUGH the website. 3. We booked it for 4 adults but everything includin the towels, bed pillows are only prepared for TWO!!! Dont expect for basic toiletries like a small soap. Not sure how clean the room is, bedsheets and pillow cases was smell like it was sprayed a deodorizer or scent spray. Had to strip off the bed because our allergic rhinitis was acting up because of it. The toilet curtain has MOLDS. It looked like it was never cleaned or replaced.

Disgusted customer

The owner of this condominium is a very unprofessional, rude, unethical person who doesnt know how to deal with customers. Raising her voice, doesnt know how ro explain things and hanging up the phone if shes done talking. Liar!!!!! This is a hoax !! A lot of hidden fees. Useless cheap amount of facility because the owner is a very cheap person!!!!!

This is based on my personal experience. I have no intention to discredit or make it a general comment. First, I was pressured with the multiple calls from the "caretaker" where I was at -- starting from 2pm onwards. (Already told them Im gonna be late and will pay the late check in fee.) They still call, saying they are waiting for me.Secondly, the rooms are not that comfortable to stay with. Needs Improvement! Found ants too. Linens and blankets are old. Washroom are not that clean too. Overall, I am not satisfied with my stay.

I paid for 2 rooms but was not allowed to enter the property. Security stopped us and would not permit us entry. Management did nothing to help. They informed me that the cost was non-refundable even though I had to find another hotel.

If we knew that our room will be 20mins away from parking and pool area, we couldve booked somewhere else. The room is not thoroughly cleaned especially the bathroom, walls and shower curtains has molds. There was a cockroach also.

Excellent

It was an amazing experience room. Unit given was really huge and has a free netflix. I think its really depends on the unit since every unit has diff. owner. Were given 3 different room, unit 931 was perfect for its ambiance. 735 was perfect for internet connection, netflix and room size and huge tv perfect for family movie night, except for the curtains and old religious stuff since not everyone is catholic but doesnt bother at all just a suggestion , 909 was good for small family with 1 child only. just the basic one. but all unit was clean and caretaker was very accommodating. probably might booked again.

Linens were not changed. Yucky rugs. Need to pay if late in checking in, use amenities and parking. Parking area is too far. ID cards were already provided but still has to be surrendered at the reception! The worst is they have to take a photo of the guests. I’ve been in other countries and this accommodation is terrible. I cannot even give them 1 star.

Poor accommodations; property manager asked for a $20.00 cash deposit upon arrival. I declined and reminded him everything has been settled through Orbitz. The room, furniture & bathroom fixtures does not reflect the promotional images advertised. It’s like walking in to a “housing project!” I would definitely recommend the SMDC Wind Residences but not this unit.

I like the view from the balcony. The price of the rent is ok. The room is clean. Not an excellent accommodation but I would recommend this room for those who are looking for a good budget place to stay.

Worst condotel ever!

P3,700 per night is too expensive for this cheap unit. No WiFi. Linens are cheap. Kitchen stuff are cheap. Sofa set is cheap. Parking is not free and very far from the building. U need to pay to use the swimming pool. No compliment water and coffee. No towels. No soap and shampoo. There is 1000 cash deposit. Coordination with staff is fine, though. This studio unit did not meet my travelling standard. We will never comeback and will NOT recommend it to anybody.
