"wonderful stay at this hotel. Spacious valley view room, breakfast was average - nothing special for a 5 star hotel, have had better at a 4 star. The female staff at reception could have been friendlier and not so arrogant - need to train front desk/reception - have had better customer service at a 3 star hotel."

"Room was ok. Only 1 channel on the TV worked and froze half the time. Breakfast buffetbwas great with lots of options! We did a couples 90 min massage and 30 min Red Dao Herbal bath which was absolutely incredible. Both of us had probably the best massage we have ever had. Our masseuses were Huong and Chuyen. If you can book either of these two amazing ladies do it!!!! Very good prices as well."

"Smooth check in, while we arrived at 6.30 AM in the morning, they let us use special lounge to rest while waiting check in time. Room are spacious, good facility. Breakfast is excellent. Sarah in the reception was helping us in explaining places to see around SaPa and helping us booking car. "

"Excellent customer service. I severly injured my ankle on arrival and staff gave us ice and towels on arrival. Alisa was absolutely amazing, she gave me a crutch to use, got us a really nice driver for the day, and checked in on my ankle daily. The swimming pool was lovely too. Breakfast was great. So much variety. I cannot fault this hotel. All the staff and the ground workers are so friendly here."

"COLD. The windows and doors were open all the time. It was always cold throughout the building. No working restaurant. Elevator does not go to all floors. Staff was friendly. Outlets were an issue. Door had several large cracks. We had hot water. Bathroom vented to another room. It would be very easy to film or watch someone from there. The spa smelled dank and was unclean. It was staffed by people who arrived from other facilities. Their skills were untrained. Laundry service was fast and...

"Lovely room, very attentive staff that helped us when we lost some luggage. Very out the way of the main town, around a 20 minute drive down poorly maintained roads/dirt track. Beautiful view and room. Unfortunately hot water didn’t work properly for bath, even after informing staff. Cute cats and dog"
