"We had a wonderful stay at Carmel Cumbuco Resort and would highly recommend it. The resort itself is beautiful, with spacious and well-appointed rooms ā€” the only minor suggestion we would make is to add a chair to the room, which would make it even more comfortable. The real highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Carol and Joaquim in the cafĆ© and restaurant were warm, attentive and a pleasure to interact with throughout our stay. Special mention must go to Vinicius at the bar, who went above and beyond to look after us and truly elevated our experience. It is rare to encounter service at this level and it made all the difference. Thank you to the whole team at Carmel Cumbuco ā€” we hope to be back!"
