Beautiful landscaping surrounds the pool, which we swam in and found very clean and refreshing. There are numerous vineyards in the immediate area with gorgeous drives to get there. The restaurants in the area exceeded our expectations, there are no big cities anywhere around. We would drive many miles, even out of our way, to visit and enjoy the company of the people we met at the chateau."
