While the staff were very friendly, some of the facilities definitely need improvement. For example, the sofas showed signs of wear, and the towels were thin and frayed from use. The elevator wait time was too long. I understand the room amenities are mandated by policy, but the lack of even a comb was really inconvenient. The staff in the children's play area and the restaurant staff were excellent, but because of the staggered entry, the food on the counter was quickly devoured by the large group of guests. Many dishes, like salad lettuce and fried eggs, took a long time to be replenished.

感受不佳處 1. 也許是管線設計問題，或者房間特例，房號1225的廁所有股臭酸or便溺不好聞的味道 2. 早餐已事先人流管控分為三個時段，並於入住時選擇，但明顯餐廳無法負荷這麼多人/客人取餐與工作人員補餐是同樣路線/餐點份料不足，家人沒拿到想拿的，我想拿的餐點走了三次也都沒有補充/牛奶是冰的但喝起來應該是用保久乳，多數其他旅館是用鮮奶 3. 辦理入房時間等待至少一個小時，雖可以理解人潮但終究會加劇已經舟車勞頓的疲勞感 4. 雖然有三部電梯，其中兩部可到地下停車場，但多數時間電梯上下樓均等候多時，因為經常是滿的 優點 1.房間大，乾淨 2.需求嬰兒床與消毒鍋有確實提供且功能正常 3.地點佳，附近百貨公司/國華街小吃/便利商店/屈臣氏生活機能佳
