Terrible Elevator Capacity

The elevator capacity in this hotel is vastly insufficient for the volume of guests. On checkout day around noon, we waited nearly 30 minutes to get onto an elevator to the parking garage. If you do choose to stay here be sure to get a top floor room and do NOT park in the building’s parking garage—if you do you may never get out.

Amazing stay for my family- the kids had so much fun! By extension, we did too. We loved the cartoon network themed floors and rooms. Appreciate the free take home goodies as well. Breakfast spread was amazing. The kids’ playgrounds are too cute. Cannot wait to come back to Tainan!

It is a good hotel for families. There is a coin laundry on the 5th floor, but it is crowded and not available at times. Ri The hotel is within walking distance of the Lin Department Store, Tainan Art Museum, Tainan Confucius Temple, and the H31 express bus to the Tainan High Speed Rail Station. 家族連れにはよいホテルだと思います。 5階にコインランドリーがありますが、混んでいて使えない時間帯があります。林百貨デパートや臺南市美術館、台南孔子廟なども歩いていける距離で、高鉄台南站へ行く高速バスH31のバス停も近いので、台南観光には便利よいとこです。

A great hotel for family trip

Perfect location! Close to nice Tainan nice restaurants . Convenient to get everything. Suitable for kids and family. Food is very delicious and impressive! However, too many guests use just 2 elevators going from parking lot to rooms. It was a shame that guests spent so much time waiting for elevator.
