小巧可愛的日式住宅

外觀古色古香，室內採用日本衛浴設備，沒有電視(不過現在都用手機了吧)。距離火車站走路約10分鐘，交通方便；位於小巷內，環境寧靜。老闆人很熱情，還主動幫我們解決忘記帶手機充電插座的問題。

地理位置很好，從火車站走到旅社約10來分鐘，旅社臨近也有很多景點，如：國立臺灣文學館、臺南市美術館、孔廟、林百貨等，交通極為便利！ 老旅社是屋主承接於爺爺，一磚一瓦係經屋主夫妻(掌櫃+工匠)二人用心修繕，屋內保留了原始花磚、洗石子、隔間、木造屋頂等歲月痕跡，也收藏擺放著許多老物件，謝謝屋主夫妻與我分享老旅社各角落的時空演化，著實讓人醉心，真心推薦給大家~

這是我最喜歡的一間房, 有古早浴缸&免治馬桶, 床頭兩邊都有充電插座. 找不到冷氣遙控器, 還好有電風扇. 晚上有蚊子打擾睡眠, 希望提供電蚊香.

便宜/便利/歷史/乾淨/極度舒適/溫暖/傳統與現在的完美結合，熱愛有溫度的老房子嗎？那你找對地方了！

有歷史的老房子，老闆及老闆娘熱情的招待讓人體會到台南人情味。一進到旅店就能感受到房子所受的年代洗禮，也看的出來老闆/老闆娘對這棟房子所投注的心力及熱愛。便宜的價格，異常舒適的空間，黑膠唱機片放著老年代音樂的逝去風華。每一個角落都是拍照打卡的絕佳之地，就在熱鬧的市區，交通方便，離車站及客運站也都很近。房子雖然有歷史，但都非常的保存完善，現代的設備也非常新穎、乾淨及整潔（讓我們瞠目結舌的地步！意想不到）。這種 CP 值極高的老房子如果沒有更多人來造訪真的是非常可惜。從與老闆對話中可以聽得出對這間房子的肯定與驕傲，但房子再美如果沒人珍惜就太可惜了！非常值得推薦入住，一定會再度來訪！

Amazing Place

這座美麗的老建築，座落在公園路與成功路交會處的街廓之中。鄰近的總爺老街（鎮北坊），是自清國以來的重要歷史空間。串連著軍事與行政（總兵備道與赤崁樓）的文史現場。 而這棟老旅社的歷史可以追溯到大正年間（1920s）。屋主夫妻非常認真地再現了過去「新東亞大旅社」老旅社的歲月風華。如果造訪台南，一定不能錯過這棟古色古香的老房子。 整棟樓最令人印象深刻的是一氣呵成、階梯的磨石子、以及不同年代所拼貼留下的各式彩磚。每一種建材代表不同時期的工藝，基本上整棟建築就像是一棟近代建築的博物館。作為一個旅客，實在相當欽佩屋主夫婦靠著熱情自力修復、經營老屋的精神，不惜時間與金錢成本的投入——與其說是「開民宿」，不如說是向所有人分享這座老建築。 公共空間所擺放的老物件，有許多是當年經營老旅店所留下來的珍貴文物。非常感謝屋主用心地經營老房子，希望有更多懂得老屋之美的旅客入住。

值得再次入住的心。旅程

新東亞旅程已開一甲子的旅社，後來改裝保留前旅社的風貌，新舊並存的設計，充滿許多歲月的痕跡，是很有溫度的一間旅館，像一間小型的博物館，旅館人員很親切還為我們介紹旅社的歷史，讓旅社不僅僅是住宿的所在，更是心靈充實的加油站，房間有各種美麗的磁磚還有磨石子地板，真的很有特色，值得再次入住！（ps.因為是老宅，所以分貝要降低，雖然進去房間太特別還是不小心驚呼了ＸＤ）

Our room had more features that describes in the property listing (towels and toiletries were provided). The room was very comfortable, but the best part of our stay were the lovely hosts. They are very kind and friendly locals who went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay.

有歷史的老屋，屋主保留了老屋本身的裝設，再加上自己的巧思，讓人不僅體驗了老宅。住宿的地點在市中心，不論到景點或是有名的小吃距離都非常近喔！
