"The room did need some maintenance - light in the bathroom did not go, their was no soap in the dispenser in the shower, jug went intermittently and the heater in smaller bedroom did not work. There were washing machines onsite - was $6 a load"

"Spot clean you could lick the floor anywhere. My room was a small one and yet felt great. Comfortable bed, great bathroom a nice big screen TV, but... I could not understand how to find my way through the multiple possibilities and the subtleties of finding the programme I wanted to watch (simply TVNZ1, the news), which eventually I could not find... small problem at all as I was too tired by the rest of the day to really watch TV. The staff was nice, friendly, helpful, always smiling and polite...

The room and bed were modern, clean, and very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised overall and would highly recommend staying here.
