Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lots of choices!! However, the breakfast staffs were rude, no smiles and watch you like a hawk. The chef would banged the server spoon loud when customer misplace the spoon. Recommend the breakfast stuff to get customer training.

Area is very convenient, 1 block to metro station, lobby sometimes smells, breakfast is OK, nothing to brag about. Shower water pressure is excellent. Self service laundry is a plus. Overall hotel is OK.

I really enjoyed this stay. The outside of the building is a bit old and needs cleaning but inside, the facilities are quite new and we'll maintained. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, and the included breakfast was tasty with lots of options. I appreciated their efforts to reduce single use items (hence their name Green World) but thought it was unusual that all the utensils and plates were single use in their dining area. Something for the management to consider.

Location is perfect, just around the metro exit with a nice selection of coffee shops around. The hotel is clean and staff is overall good. Lobby is a bit small, but I think it is normal for budget hotels in Taipei. Amenities are provided at the lobby so you don't need to call and wait for hotel staff to send them. One strange thing: I understand the concept of eco-clean up but it is still strange for me to find out my cups are not cleaned when I got back to the room after a long day trip, so I have to wash them myself in the bathroom before I can serve myself a cup of hot tea. Bed is also not made.

The hotel is well located and right next to a subway stop. Plenty of eateries and convenience stores close by. The daily breakfast is plentiful though not much that’s particularly special. Rooms and beds are small and some don’t have windows. For the location and the price, it’s an adequate place to stay.

This is my 5th times staying at this hotel. The facilities is showing its age. The lobby is constantly busy. Ventilation is not very good. The best thing is location, next to MRT station in a great place for food and shopping. I will stay again if the price is right, but will continue to look for other options.
