This hotel was conveniently located in Taipei, with easy access all part of the city. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, kid friendly, and the daily breakfast was great. I'd definitely recommend for anyone with kid to stay here.

The staff are friendly and always attends to my needs. The room is spacious, clean and giving me a cozzy environment. The breakfast is good as well. The hotel's TV provides Youtube and Nexflix system so I can login w/ my own account. However, the street outside the hotel is a bit busy and as my room was located at 3/F, it was a very little bit noisy. Other than that, I give a very high score to the hotel

Only stayed two nights. The breakfast was good, customer service was amazing, Clean and quiet room despite there’s a crack on the wall and bidet was a bit old. I will definitely stay there again!

Clean room, helpful staff. The lady at the front desk helped me make connection with a place I wanted to go. Really appreciate the clean laundry room with user friendly machines. This is a big plus. Breakfast was delicious, fruits were fresh.

Nice property with fairly large rooms. Our room had a very large bathroom and King bed. Good breakfast buffet that came with our room. Not the most convenient location with bus and MRT stops 2-3 blocks away. Longer walk than you think in the summer heat. Not a whole lot of restaurants in the area so you do need to get out of the neighborhood a bit. Overall good experience though.

Breakfast was top notch. Loved the idea of the self served laundry, it just needs more machines, 1 washer and dryer doesn’t cut it, had to wait for a long time with many guests trying to use it as well.
