"Check in process was friendly and seamless (thank you Jessie for the room upgrade for a better view of city)! Lobby was indeed grand (live piano music was a beautiful addition). Hotel shuttle to and from Yuanshan train station was very convenient. Room was nice - however recommend stocking room with more clothes hangars, plates, silverware. "i thought the property was closer to MRT, and transportation description does not match reality. having said that, it was convenient to go by bus, but takes more time to go into city center. also, it might be a good idea to remind travellers there is another hotel of the same name in the area."
