Vikrant was so very helpful to us and helped us book our trains and even helped us find a taxi to Agra from Delhi when we failed to secure transport in time. He was simply so caring and helpful. "We stayed for a night while visiting Agra. The hotel is clean and we had a pleasant stay. If you are visiting from the US then will find the hotel just like back home. Staff was very nice and breakfast was delicious with variety of options. The hotel travel desk arranged a taxi and guide for us to visit Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, the package is reasonably priced. However i would not recommend travel desk for out of station ( city) travel. We were given same CNG taxi for our booking to Jaipur, ...
"Property is very near (400m) to Taj entry gate. Room are spacious. Terrace pool which was clean to dive in.

Outside food is not allowed, however, food is available at reasonable price with good taste.

"Great hostel, great rooms, fantastic service, super helpful staff! You can see the Taj Mahal from the rooftop terrace!
Only negative is that it was very noisy at night as the hostel is next to a busy road and because the hallway is open (the door to your room is the only door between you and the road basically). Due to that we also had a strong smell of fumes in our room all night long.
