Very convenient for train station and historical centre. Very comfortable beds and quiet. Didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on breakfast etc. Onsen was lovely and relaxing. Would stay again.

Service is disappointing
We stayed 2 night at the hotel for family vacation. Overall the facilities were a disappionted! First we booked the twin room with 2 people including breakfast and surprised that we were told the breakfast only included for 1 person only and we have to pay for another one which seems strange and tricky on the booking. Second, the private onsen need to pay ¥3000 per session seems expensive though being a business hotel and service provided! I checked it was not any charge before in this hotel and not sure when they change the policy ! Also, the 2nd breakfast session is from 8-10am. However, the last entry is cut at 9:30am which is fine but there were no any verbally notice during check in but just very little small words written in a full page of general information which is just hard to aware. Although the staff finally let us in but the communication is bad between front desk and restaurant which we needed to keep explaining what happened to different staff again. The hotel provides mineral water to guest at room daily but it’s in grass bottle. I feel it’s not convenient and it will waste if guest is not finished while they cannot just take away While the hotel dose not have their own carpark is also a weak point compare to other similar range of hotel in the same region

Great service, great stay.
Excellent service and friendly staff. They were super attentive to our needs and also helped us with all our needs. We really liked that they gave us adjoining rooms which made it so much easier. The onsen was perfect and very clean, especially at the end of a cold, snowy day out. The outdoor onsen was great! The rooms were spacious, even with a cot, really clean and comfortable. Overall a very comfortable 2 days stay. Will definitely be back.

Reception staff was not very helpful. We were trying to arrange luggage to be sent to our Tokyo hotel but she told us to make arrangements ourselves at a convenience store without giving us directions.

Relaxing and cosmopolitan hotel with no downsides.
Lovely, well-appointed hotel, very convenient for the rail station. Pleasant and helpful staff, comfy bed and spacious room with great view over Takayama. Good breakfast selection and relaxed atmosphere. Especially enjoyed the rooftop onsen on two occasions after a long day sightseeing. Loved the discreet use of plants and bamboos screening hotel from the road and around the onsen outdoor pools.

Staff and rooms were great. Didn’t like the bar not opening until 5pm and the restaurant being very limited on the menu. Overall a great hotel I would stay again

フロントの人達がパソコンなどを見ていて 出入りしても全然知らんぷり挨拶もろくに出来ない人達でした。
