"My stay was great as usual! They let me do an early check in, which really helps when you come in on the early morning flight. The room was well stocked and clean and I really liked the convenience of the exercise room. Looking forward to the next stay here."

"The hotel has various pockets of very, very strong room deodorizers. I have a bad sniffer, so if I can smell it...it must be strong. You get hit with it when you walk into the lobby, and then scents change as you move into different hallways. It makes one wonder what they are covering up. The TV took a while to warm up and turn on. I think the hotel needs a remodel or to be turned into apartments. The units were big."

"Older hotel, but right downtown. Walk to the tram, but it was broken down expected to be fixed in June. You can easily walk to bars, shops, and restaraunts. Many, many jewelry shops if you like that stuff. Suggest the M&M city tours for a two hour area tour and great narration!"

"The hotel was perfect. We had the penthouse with a full kitchen and a terrific view of the mountains. The hotel is situated just far enough away from downtown and the cruise ship chaos. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is right next to a park with a whale sculpture and walkway. We hiked every trail in Juneau."
