"フロントの女性と男性の対応がとても良かった。 色々お世話になったのにチェックアウト時に会えなかったのが残念でした… 部屋移動や鍵の預かりなども笑顔で対応してくれてとても良い気分で滞在できました。 朝食は隣のホテルでしたが、そちらのスタッフさんも良かったです。 場所はパトンビーチやスーパーまで15分くらい歩きますが、悪くなかったです。 また機会があれば利用したいです"

"Very attractive hotel. A bit out on the edge being on the north side of the town... although that means you may not get gouged on food / drinks like in the centre of town. The rooftop bar / pool offers a fantastic sunser view. Plus the pool is a good size and swimable. "

"Deilig og avslappende ferie på Koh Yao Yai. Vi liker den gjennomførte thaistilen, god kvalitet og utvalg på frokost, fin strand og fine basseng. Bra treningsrom. I småbyen ved siden av hotellet er det billig massasje og et par små butikker. Fant også en restaurant som var billig og bra. Rundt 7-8 restauranter totalt. Mulighet for utflukt til andre øyer. Ellers blir man gjerne på hotellet, og det er ellers lite som skjer i nærområdet. Avslappende og idyllisk."

"The Sands is a great resort for families and especially those with younger children. The pools are great and also there is a good playground area. We loved the rooms with their own pools,these were also great for young families. I'd highly recommend this resort. "

"The experience was great, as the hotel offers many options so you don't need to leave it to have a good time. The pool is very good and the staff on the pool bar is excellent! The breakfast is awesome with many different options and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is also good and Khine was very helpful explaining how the area worked. Definitely a great choice in Phuket!"
