"Staff were extremely helpful with info on where to go and how to get around. My room was very spacious. The pool was pleasingly warm - the jacuzzi was having some problems - not hot. "Hotel is very cool - in concept. EVERYTHING requires maintenance, refresh, replacement. I'd rather have way less "neat" and techno items, but the things there worked well. Beds and bedding were good. Rooms were very spacious. However, we paid ignificantly more for a suite with a sauna - sauna was disgustingly dirty. Fancy shower panel and it kept shorting out so and was so old/dirty. Electric curtains didnt work, multiple panels were completely broken, and the couch was disgusting: dirty...

"Booked this hotel so I could go swimming on my birthday only to find out when we arrived the pool was closed. We had a fire alarm at 4am as some one on the floor below couldn’t go the night without smoking and the hotel was filled with drunk people running around the corridors and the front desk would do nothing about it."
