"Cute, authentic Berber riad. Imlil is a good 20-30 minute walk down a fairly steep road. Omar and his staff are very kind and helpful. They can arrange for transportation to or from Marrakech (40€) and even Casablanca (110€). We arrived during Ramadan and COVID. We weren’t sure what to expect, so we did not make any pre-travel plans. Omar was able to arrange for guide for hiking or driving tours on arrival. "The hotel arranged a taxi to collect us from Marrakech for 400MAD which was so helpful. We were greeted by such friendly staff and had a tea in the earing area with an incredible mountain view. Our room was basic but lovely, had everything we needed and plenty of blankets. We had an amazing dinner at the riad in the eating area with a lovely fire. The breakfast was great as well. One of our party is a coeliac and the riad were super accommodating. They also had a filter tap to refill bottles....

"Our 4 night trip to this special place exceeded all expectations . The accommodation and amenities are everything you would expect from a luxury hotel but what sets it apart are the staff . Everyone we spoke to from the Restaurant and Pool staff to the Managers were local people who live in the nearby villages and genuinely love where they work and how they are treated .They are happy to share their own stories and make it clear that they only want the guests to enjoy their experience . We were treated to a room upgrade with magical views . Little things- complimentary mini-bar , free water and ice creams around the pool are great touch’s . The planting throughout the hotel is incredible - we will definately be returning"

"We stayed here for 6 nights. Myself and 2 children aged 11 and 13 and we had a fantastic time. I felt very safe as there is security at the hotel entrance as you arrive. The rooms are a little outdated but immaculately clean and the cleaning staff done an amazing job even cleaning my daughter’s shoes when she walked in mud!!! My only downside was the shower water pressure was terrible but honestly it doesn’t take away from all the good things!! The pools are amazing. So many choices, slides, lounger available all day and close access to drinks and refreshments all day. The entertainment staff are super friendly and love getting you involved. We loved the water polo! The restaurant was amazing. The choice and range of food was outstanding and delicious. Possible the best all inclusive I’ve been to. The restaurant staff were outstanding. Special mention to Ouilid who looked after us every night and brought us drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond. We also utilised the tour desk and booked a tour to the dessert. It took all the stress out of it was a really reasonable price for the three of us including private car. I would highly recommend here!"

"The staff were incredible. The food amazing. The rooms super comfortable and great. The property was so peaceful and they were willing to help at every turn. Even free laundry which was a necessity at this point in our travels. All the delicate clothes came back in perfect condition. The starts were some of the brightest we have ever seen. It was a little slice of heaven. Very reasonably priced on all accords. Highly recommended."

"Superb relaxing getaway near the Atlas mountains after a few busy days in Marrakesh. Really attentive staff, multiple different rooftop areas to eat food from. Excursions include horse riding and mountain biking(2hrs in the morning sun is not for the faint hearted. Air conditioned tent with netflix and Amazon Prime available to watch before bed Really enjoyed our stay"

"Stunning property and lovely to be shown around by the team. Room was gorgeous but bathroom very impractical. Flush didn't work well and shower water leaked over floor. Also a very cramped space. However you get a whole living space...maybe propertions not thought out. Spa was fantastic although massage was mediocre, with poor communication from therapists about what was happening. Dinner was nice and breakfast outside was gorgeous. Didn't have time for outside pool but it looked great. A bit cold and windy (Feb). However enjoyed just wandering and looking at decor and gardens. Rest of staff ultra polite. Very quiet and restful space after hectic Marrakech."
