"We had a fantastic stay overall and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The bartender was great—friendly, attentive, and made the evenings especially enjoyable. The daytime staff was also very kind and welcoming once we arrived, which set a positive tone for the trip. However, the experience took an unexpected turn when I asked to extend our stay by one additional night. I was told we would need to move to a different room, which honestly surprised me. In all the years of traveling, I’ve never encountered a situation where extending a stay meant being relocated—that was just weird. After, I wanted to take a quick jump in the pool before I headed out and asked for a late check out instead Iand that was even denied. By then, was over it. While the stay started strong, that inconvenience put a bit of a damper at the end. Overall, a good experience with great staff, but the room change thing for one extra night on a Thursday was just strange. Although we enjoyed the beautiful scenery, great staff, and good food…. I am not sure I would return after the front desk damper. "

"My room spacious and spotless. Really appreciated the layout. It felt like an apartment, the open sleeping and living areas are separated by a partition that serves as a desk for work or a place to sit and eat. The beds were extremely comfortable with super soft and cool to the touch sheets. The breakfast buffet is included and not like some “continental” style breakfasts at other hotels. There’s real scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, pork sausage, biscuits and gravy, salsa, waffle mix and maker, bagels cream cheese, yogurts, fruit, oatmeal, granola, raisins,breakfast sandwiches, juices, milk coffee. The staff was warm and attentive and seemed to truly care about my experience. I had a wonderful stay. "

"Loved seeing Mt Rainier outside our window…and the housekeeping crew went out-of-their way to spruce up our room!! We ate dinner at the Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel-it was awesome!"

"#1Told there was a bar...nope #2 Told there was food available in bar restaurant...nope # 3 Begged for a late checkout.. .nope #4 Both myself and wife are handicapped no ice on the first floor and very poor directions to locate. #5 Nice staff except no staff early at front desk. #6 Don't recommend !"

"The property is lovely but a bit run down for the price you pay. The biggest disappointment was the pool was not heated as advertised— this was a major reason we booked here versus another. Apparently, it was just temporarily broken, but this should have been communicated to us before checking in. The couch was lumpy and worn, the kitchen was minimally stocked. No real dealbreakers but not what we expected for what we paid. Otherwise, check-in was easy and the hot tub and sauna did work. "
