"First, when we check-in and stayed in our room, we realized that we were stayed in the wrong room because when we check the size didn't match what we paid for. Then, we asked the front desk about it, and it seems they knew it. So, on our second day, they moved us into room that we were supposed to. "

Location was central in Vientiane. To the left was the Hard Rock Cafe to the right a restaurant bar called Kip Chai Deu, that was great and had live music, jazz style. Prices were good. The only issues are, we had 2 rooms and 1 didn’t have a security box. Not for people with poor mobility as there are no lifts and a flight of stairs to get to reception."
