"I’ve always loved this place, been here a few times with family and friends. However, this time around my stay was very uncomfortable couldn’t sleep very well much less to watch a movie. There were many mosquitoes and gnats in the room, my friend and I had bites on our arms. In the morning when we checked out and mentioned to the front desk another person stated she also had many gnats in her room. "To their credit, the staff was helpful and got us a new room, but we still had to get a new room as soon as we arrived. The sheets were covered in dirt and stains; though things were tidied up, the place itself is worn down, and rugged. For the three nights we spent, it did its job when it comes to providing us a place to sleep, but other than that, it was very okay. It would not be our first choice if we came back to Arroyo Grande, probably not even on the roster. If you can afford another...

"Entrance was hard to find. The staff was nice, was able to check in early around 130pm. Overall it was okay for the price. The bathroom had a bug walking around, a spider near the bed, and no chair’s on the balcony. Was here on a Friday night and you can hear live music really loud until 10pm. "

"Clean room, hot water, comfortable beds. Didn’t use the pool, workout room was clean and had a variety of machines and weights. Staff were friendly and helpful, checking in and out was painless. Room cards worked the entire time. "

"Room was spacious and perfect, overlooking the ocean. Location was perfect. Views from the hotel is breathtaking. Only down side was the check in staff. No welcome, no smile it’s like walking into a fast food place. Breakfast staff was very nice though "

"The pictures are very old- all I’m going to say. Breakfast was pastries, instant oatmeal and a banana. Rooms were clean but not anything special. Housekeeping was very active on the property- huge kudos to them because you could smell the cleaner in the room instantly and they were always busy walking around with their carts. Don’t expect anything stellar. "

"Room is very clean, it looks like it’s newly renovated, Very friendly staff. walking distance to the beach, or you can take your car with you & park it right at the beach, there’s 1 restaurant across it. There’s a park so your dog can run & do their business. "
