"Remote/TV had issues changing channels Phone didn’t work Water pressure bathroom sink was very low Noise from room above very loud on two separate nights. Sounded like kids running and jumping."

"朝食は必要最低限。飲料水がいつでも汲めるのが便利でした。清潔さも問題なし。湯船があったら最高でした。"

"Nice location Extremely overpriced"

"just outdated"

"When we got there our room was not ready we were told 20 minutes. Other people even those who did not have a reservation checked in ahead and we waited finally a man came over and asked why are you sitting here. Waiting on my room. Discovered the guy who said it was not ready didn’t tell anyone we were waiting and he left even thought he came over and told us twice it would be 20 minutes. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes Sink in bathroom was stopped up when we got there never worked...

"Everything was great except if you are staying there without a car.It is difficult to get around the city.Unless you use uber lyft , which can be kind of pricey."

"It was great, suited me fine. I don’t eat out so I try to get places with kitchens when I can. Folks were great, kitchen was sparse is the only reason this isn’t 5 across the board. There was enough to work with, but the spatula was melted out of shape/hard to use"

"Everything was great"

"The room was awesome, the staff friendly, and the restaurant was super delicious"

"I was doing a solo motorcycle trip back to SC from IL. This was midway. Super nice location for food and shopping. Disappointed the Indian dealership is closed. Harley shop up the street...if you ride a Harley. For a single night, I hate spending over $100 (my rationalization, I'm solo. I just need a place to sleep and shower). This was less than $120 and SUPER nice! Way more than I needed. Great location for food (I had Chuys with a friend). Staff was great. Parking and location excellent. Room...

"Coffee was good. Aroma therapy in lobby was way too strong."

"Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is more than a continental and tasted quite good. We did not have a five on the amenities simply because we did not use them. The hotel is very close to shopping, dining, and Keeneland Race Track. Definitely would choose this hotel again."

"The pictures that are advertised are not the reality once you get there. The rooms are dated and didn't even have a coffee maker. Some of the outlets and appliances didn't work."
