"Our initial room as already given to someone else so they put us in a different building, different room. Instead of ground level as we requested, we had to climb about 15 steps with our luggage. No night stands, no dresser. Went back to the office the next day and said we cold not stay in that room. Still our original room as not offered to us. We got a room, in another building with a king bed, pretty close to the ocean. Next night we got a swarm of some kind of flying bugs in the room. We...

"The experience at the resort was in general great we were in an ocean video room, and the pools were very nice even though I had kids and couldn’t experience the adult section. However the valet parking was a real issue every time you have to get your car there was 1 hour wait to request the car and then another hour to get your car. That was really bad."
