A lot of people didn’t have wrist bands on that were mandatory to be at the resort. No one enforced the red band rule. We felt like a lot of people weren’t supposed to be on the private beach and pool area. "

"The lobby floor was gritty, and upon entering the room, itself the floors were sticky. There was something on the toilet seat that I cleaned off before use. Lastly but NOT least the beds were awful. Not comfy, and there were no comforters or blankets just sheets to keep you warm. Not good. Would not stay again."

"Horrible stay! Left a day earlier. The room I received was used and not cleaned. The pillows had the shape of the head from being used and wet towel hanging from the a chair. They gave me a new room. The hotel overall was dirty, all the hallway carpet had large stains, dirt in every corner, the lobby was extremely dirty including sofas, ball of hair/dust in every corner. Horrible, I’m never coming back! "
