"What a gem of a hotel to consider if visiting Nikko. This hotel has few rooms but fantastic staff and great service. Our breakfast and dinner were included and they were excellent. Ken and Ise were very welcoming and helpful with helping us get settled, finding our way around Nikko and just generally friendly and helpful. If you're interested in a more homey atmosphere vs. Corporate hotel this is the place for you "
