Sailport Waterfront Suites
Did not clean room (policy seems to be only cleaning once every 7 days). When we asked for a cleaning, they said they would not. The bathtub and walls were also peeling, and the dishwasher was broken

Had to wait two times to check in for a prepaid reservation. Cane back twice; waited over an hour late in the evening. Will never stay here again. The hotel needs updating

Food choices on the menus overall were mediocre at best. Service was unsteady. Room was only serviced on time during our4 night stay. Pool are is nice, great views. Restaurant should be upgraded to match the location. Parking expensive..
