Checked into the hotel and the staff did not tell us anything. We went to the room and thought about using the fitness room. Went downstairs and could not locate it. Island Grand at TradeWinds
Was told all resort fees were included in my package. Got to the hotel and was told they were not included so was charged again. NOT HAPPY

SkyBeach Resort
Very nice well maintained grounds with a nice private beach and direct wait service. Staff was excellent. On site restaurant was really great too.
