"No lift, no aircon, no fan and not a lot of empathy from the staff. Dinner was supposed to be available from 5pm and at 5.30 was told the kitchen was closed and not opening for dinner, with no suggestions as to where we might be able to find something to eat. We found Lahore ( a Pakistani restaurant) around the corner through google maps and found the most amazing service and food. Would very highly recommend. "Our room was in the annex across the road. The room was well presented although a bit on the small side. The bed was comfortable. The walls in these units are paper thin so there was a fair amount of noise. Breakfast was in the main building and delicious. All cooked to order, so took a little longer, but they have an extensive breakfast menu which was really good."

"Good check in, good staff, lots of parking. Room was large and very nicely decorated, if a little warm (there was a fan but it was very very dirty and I had to dismantle it and clean it to get it to work properly). Room was let down by the bathroom - there was visibly peeling and missing paint around the top of the shower, and splash marks/spilled...something all up the walls behind the door and by the toilet. The seat on the toilet was also a soft padded one, which was a little odd....

"We loved staying at The Boot in Repton. The staff was extremely helpful and the food was delicious! Considering breakfast was included in the room rate, it was well worth it."
