"This property is very well located, it’s literally next to the Tower Bridge and Tower of London which is a plus if you’re planning on going there. 9 minute walk to the train station which is also a plus and 9 minute walk to the pier where you can ride an Uber boat to get around London and main attractions. The downside is that there’s no amenities at all. No pool, no toiletries which I find very odd, the rooms are very outdated, the building is not that old for how outdated was the room from inside. They don’t even provide wash cloths, we found our door room open after we left for the day. We tried to seek assistance from concierge but we got a lot of “I don’t know” so we had to relay a lot on our phones and google. There are no blackout curtains so it was hard to fall asleep as the lights from the river and bridge were really bright. If you’re looking for location convenience this is your place but if you want to spend relaxing time in your room, this is not it. "
