"The proximity to the Sundance Square was convenient and the staff was kind and helpful. The fitness center was moderately equipped. There was a small corner of the hotel open served Starbucks coffee and coffee drink drinks that close properly at 9:30 AM. With that being said, our grievances consist of the following: We purchased a room for 3 guest with the knowledge that the sofa bed would have accessible bedding in the room. We had to go downstairs and request and wait during the shift change. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and bedding inadequate. Additionally the main bed was stiff and uncomfortable, and the main bedroom room smelt faintly of urine. We were only supplied 2 towels for 3 guest & the hygiene products were diluted. Overall, for the price, the amenities and comfort were subpar but the staff was kind. "
