Wait time to check in was long, could not understand the staff, the hotel was part of 2 other hotels connected together, the website did not state that when making reservations. The area of town was a high crime area, I did not know that or I would not have stayed there being a single woman, there were people walking through the parking lot, sitting in cars. The security guard that was there was just sitting in the lobby of the hotel reading his phone not doing his job, I do not suggest staying here unless its your last resort. The lobby is the only nice place, looks awesome but the rooms do not very deceiving.

I refused to stay at this property. The hotel smelled like mold. While walking in the hallway several rooms had individuals actively smoking weed. The room was dirty, curtains were ripped, lampshades had brown stains all over them, A/C was broken into pieces. I did not feel safe staying at this property. I told the front desk immediately and he stated he was sorry.

Cracked walls, lifted crownmolding, cracked molding, and a rat visitor. The a/c was nice but the entirety of the room and hotel is rundown. But you get what you paid for. Will not stay here again.

Place is run down and falling apart. Pool closed. Ice machine broken. Exterior trash cans overflowing. Everything very outdated. Staff is rude. Vending machine broken. Counters in bathroom stained. Room ceiling had water damage they painted over and was bubbling. Wont ever stay here again. I Dont recomment it to anyone.

The room is completely different to what they showed in the pictures. The area felt very unsafe. When I tried to talk to the receptionist about an early check out because I felt unsafe in my room he was extremely rude and insisted that the pictures online had been taken 2 years ago and they had done renovations since but that makes no sense at all. The place also reeks I don’t even know how to describe the smell.

Property did not feeling safe due to random people hanging around in the parking lot that were not staying at the property. Rooms were not cleaned very well. After requesting a room change twice because they had not been properly cleaned I requested a refund as was denied. I ended up just disputing the charges. We found a better hotel.

What a dump. I'm shocked my car was still in the parking lot when I woke up but I suppose all of the homeless kept an eye on it for me. Dirty, old, poorly kept, terrible location, tons of homeless vagrants. If you want to score some meth just hang out in the parking lot for 30 seconds or so, I'm sure someone will stop by. I needed a last-minute place to stay and this was the choice, a choice I will not make again.

1. The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all, but rude to change the rooms, when I entered the first room and found it was not cleaned up, and the fire alarm was beeping. 2. It smelled so bad in whole hotel building, and I found that the fan in the restroom was not working, and there should be fungi and mold growing in there. 3. The worst thing of all was the NOISES from the night through the morning. There were 3 or 4 sources of NOISES coming up one after another in five or ten minutes, so I couldn't sleep all through the night. 4. Noise proof was so bad, and I could hear every sound from next rooms and people passing by. It was the worst stay I have ever experienced. I wouldn't come back, nor I wouldn't recommend to any others at all.
