"I was surprised that my Hilton Honors membership was not recognized by the reception's staff arguing that my reservation was made through a third-party site (e.g., Expedia). As a result, I was denied my member benefits and did not accumulate points for the stay. It would be helpful a clarification of the policy regarding hotel frequent customer benefits when booking through Expedia as a third-party reservation platform Thank you"

"The only negative was the room was a little small and we banged our leg on the edge of the bed walking passed several times. "

"The staff was pleasant. The room was average. There was a water stain in the ceiling from a repaired water leak but it’s just an observation it didn’t bother me really. I could tell the tub hadn’t been cleaned which I mentioned to the desk to be done. The breakfast was decent enough. The elevator took about 20 seconds to open when I got to my floor which was a bit unnerving and at one point didn’t come when I pressed the call button. Someone informed me that it was having issues. At that point I took the stairs the remainder of my stay to avoid possibly getting stuck on it. The price was good for the stay and it’s a decent 2.5 to 3 star."

"Loved our stay and always do. We have stayed several times at a Drury and are never disappointed. This one in Gainesville is no exception. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff and everyone is helpful and professional. Food is good. Clean amenities, rooms and the rooms always smell fresh and clean. To note : bring your own trash bags for the small trash cans. They don’t have them anymore. But perfect stay and move it!"
