À notre arrivée, il y avait un problème avec notre réservation, pourtant nous avions confirmé la veille. Les gens ont vraiment essayé de trouver une solution convenable pour nous. "Such a cute cozy place! Great staff! Moad, Mohammad and Ebrahim were so flexible with us. They organized an early private taxi for 5am. Location is in the heart of the Medina! Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended!"

"This Riad is not near the Medina as was suggested in the listing. It was a 30 minute walk. Not a single person was there, besides us. They were kind, but this Riad was not very hospitable like the others we stayed in. They were not able to assist us very much or suggest anything. The room was smaller than the photos suggested, and it was cold and rainy but the heater in the room did not work very well as we needed. It was also more expensive than other Riads which are much better. We hoped more...
