"There was no sign for this hotel at Terminal 3 Exit. You need to take an elevator before you exit the building. Take the elevator to the second floor, and you will see the sign for Hotel. The hallway had music the entire time, but the soundproofing of the room was great. The breakfast place around 7:00 am was a little crowded but the staff tried to keep the area clean. "

"Great location, good room and friendly staff. We had a short over night stay, so we didn’t have time to use the facilities. The hotel is with in walking distance from terminal over a crossing bridge on 2floor of terminal. We had an early departure from the hotel but they kindly prepared a breakfast bag for us."

"Very convenient location in terminal 2 CGK. A good place to rest from a long flight. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I've stayed here three years in a row and the staff remembers me. Has a full service restaurant, beer and drinks, room service, shuttle service and a smoking lounge."

"Staying with family total 4 people. The rooms were clean. Our rooms with windows which were pretty good but they were very warm/hot when we got there. It took long to get comfortable room temperature. The shuttle to airport departed on-time and the driver was very professional. Will stay again in the future!"

"I love the d'Prima in terminal 3. I stay here every time I transit through Jakarta. The room is clean and comfortable and the staff are always helpful. It's perfect for a late arrival to just get right to bed! Lots of good dining options in Terminal 3."
