They sent up a technician who said it would kick on in ten minutes and cool down. After waiting almost twenty minutes, the room did not cool down more. "The location is absolutely fantastic right in the middle of the city. It’s so convenient. The hotel itself was so clean. The employees were so caring and welcoming. They check on us all the time to see if we need anything. The housekeeping staff was so friendly and welcoming the employees at front desk were very friendly. "Terrible experience. To start with room was not great, when I booked I requested for one king room and one room with 2 queen beds. This was not accepted and when requested staff was rude and asked me to call expedia. I called expedia and have to wait with family sitting in lobby and gave up. "Website touted free breakfast as “a rarity” in NYC. At check in we were provided a card for free coffee and a pastry from the coffee stand in lobby. Coffee stand staff said we could only have coffee. Website shd be corrected to accurately represent that you only get a cup of coffee for breakfast. Bathtub needed replacement or scrubbing. Bed linen was very crisp and clean. Thank you! But not enough to keep one warm at night."
