"The breakfast was okay but food was burnt and dry and needs more waffle makers because of long lines. Of course we were there during play offs and so was crowded and busy. Coffee good and am sure the one person trying to keep up was overwhelmed. Clean rooms staff great."

She gave me my key to the room didn't tell me where the elevator was or how to get to our room. "This was obviously a very nice, or let’s say above average property when built. However, for a variety of reasons, this hotel is beginning to deteriorate in numerous ways. For my money if I were in this town again I would look for a better option. In Expedia we were told the breakfast was highly rated, we disagree. It’s an average to slightly below average offering. The room refrigerator did not work. Some of the electrical outlets worked intermittently or not at all. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The furnishings in the lobby were shabby. The property needs a refresh or a new owner or both. No evidence of any active management committed to excellence."
